Capitalwave is an independent boutique investment management firm, formed with the specific objective of providing a confidential one-to-one advisory role for investment capital from Asia wishing to seek opportunities in the United Kingdom.

The business is owned by the two founding partners, Jody Eu and John Mundy, who between them have in excess of 50 years combined UK real estate experience across a diverse range of sectors. We offer a professional but personal service and are able to tailor-make investment strategies depending on the capital’s objectives, set against the current market activity and cycles.

We are flexible in our approach to investment deals and how they are structured, often investing alongside partners and through joint ventures seeking alignment of interest. We only undertake client mandates with no prospects for conflicts of interest and manage our relationships accordingly.
